 (July 2023) Bistrot De La Mer, Bangkok’s newest seafood sanctuary, is enticing seafood lovers every Wednesdays with “Taste of The Sea”, with specially created seafood extravaganzas, available for both lunch and dinner, that are made for sharing with friends, family or colleagues.

Starting from 19 July 2023, Chef de Cuisine Slawomir Kowalik and his team create Seafood Towers packed with fruits de mer featuring the most delectable mouth-watering seafood offerings.

The Classic Seafood Tower takes you to Mediterranean shores and a fresh sea breeze, and features a choice of oysters – three Gillardeau and three Tsarskaya, four tiger prawns, an octopus salad, and a selection of mussels and whelks. Included in the THB 2,600 ++ package, diners will also receive one glass per person (up to four glasses sharing one set), with a selection of of white or rose wine, based on four diners.

The Royale Seafood Tower takes things up a notch and includes a half Maine lobster, three Gillardeau and three Tsarskaya oysters, four tiger prawns, scallop cerviche, and marinated razor clams. Diners can pair their seafood with a choice of premium white or sparkling wine, one glass per person (up to four glasses sharing one set) for just THB 3,900 ++.

Bistrot De La Mer has also introduced a Menu du Jour, the weekday set lunch menu with specially selected dishes to complement it’s a la carte menu. Each day, Bistrot De La Mer, carefully selects premium ingredients to create special dishes from Monday to Friday. Diners can choose between a 3-course menu with appetizer, main and dessert for THB 1,000 ++, or a 2-course menu of appetizer and main for THB 850 ++.

Bistrot De La Mer opened in June bringing the best of French Mediterranean cuisine to a cosy bistro setting in the heart of Bangkok. Bountiful catches of fresh oysters, lobsters, prawns, and fish from around the world delight diners who come to taste Chef de Cuisine Slawomir’s skills, techniques and tastes he has perfected at some of the world’s most famous restaurants, including The Savoy in London, the French Brasserie at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei, and two Michelin starred Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Located on the 19th floor of Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, Bistrot De La Mer offers stunning views of Bangkok and world-class seafood and open every day for lunch (12.00 – 15.00) and dinner (17.00 – 22.00).
